At Phoenix Fitness, our creative ever-changing workouts will help you accomplish whatever goals you choose. Whatever fitness and health levels you are at we can customize a program especially for you with a variety of equipment we have at our disposal
We strive to think outside the box when it comes to creating workouts, but we believe, as do many of our clients, that it produces undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to beginners to the elite athlete, and everyone in between.
Our workouts help to burn up to an average of 600-800 calories per hour. The Phoenix Fitness program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Core, and High-Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
The group class environment is fun and upbeat and is not only designed to improve your fitness and athletic abilities, but also help you learn basic self defense along the way.

Why do we call ourselves Phoenix fitness? Just like the Greek mythological bird, the Phoenix we show you how to rise out of the ashes of what life has given you to create a brighter, powerful, stronger, and more independent you- whether it is domestic violence substance abuse, or any other life challenging battles you may face - we are here to help you.
From battle ropes to kettlebells to dumbbells to cables to punching bags, you will never get bored with your workouts. We like to challenge our clients every day and every time they enter through our doors. We pride ourselves on creating workouts that will not only question your abilities but take you to a new level of what you can do.

On Call Sessions
We don't believe in locking you into a monthly membership or annual contract. Firebird Fitness welcomes sessions to be booked on a first come first serve basis. All you have to do is give Thom a call and he will get you scheduled.
CPP does this because times have changed and flexibility is a MUST in the world we live in today!

Steve Blevins
Steve has been involved with the Colorado Phoenix Project and Phoenix Fitness for the past 5 years. He has a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others set goals and strive for a better quality of life.
Coming out of an eating disorder and being grossly overweight, Steve understands the many challenges one faces in trying to stay motivated and on focus. He is here to help others find the quality of life, passion, and purpose that he has found through proper diet, exercise. Most importantly he is here to help others find friendships with like-minded people that uplift and encourage people to improve and be a better version of themselves on an individual and community basis.

Thom has always been involved in health and fitness since he was 15 years old and has continued to pursue interests up to this day.
His passion is sharing his knowledge of health and fitness with those of all ages in hopes of bettering their lives mentally and physically.
